Is this for absolute beginners or only for repeaters?

Both. The Foundation Phase starts from zero, so if this is your first attempt, you're fully covered. Repeaters benefit most from the structured system and personal mentorship — which is usually what was missing in their earlier preparation.
Will Sairam sir actually mentor me personally — or will it be a junior?
